As you can observe it looks quite healthy right? With a handful servings of greens & lean meat. However, a typical meal out with my fave coffee contains 50% plus of carbs in a Asian meal, so I'll bring along 1 extra serving of protein supplements to compensate the macronutrients lagging from each high carbs concentrated Asian meals
